4.    How solid are your negotiating skills?

5.    How close is your Agent office?                                                            

THE GRANT TEAM IS MOMENTS AWAY JUST OFF THE FREEWAY IN THE THANKSGIVING POINT AREA IN LEHI, UT.   WE CAN MEET WITH YOU IN YOUR HOME OR IN OUR OFFICE.  

 

6.    Will you answer your phone and follow-up and communicate with me?

ABSOLUTELY!  THE GRANT TEAM AGENTS ARE AVAILABLE BY EMAIL, TEXT, OR PHONE CALL.  WE ARE ALL FULL-TIME AGENTS.  WE UNDERSTAND IT’S IMPORTANT TO RESPOND PROMPTLY.  WE ALSO HAVE A FULL-TIME TEAM ASSISTANT THAT WORKS 9AM TO 5PM, WHO YOU CAN CALL ANY TIME AS WELL. 

  

7.    Who will be the main point of contact if you are not available?

11.     Are you going to charge me to purchase a home with you as my Buyer Agent?

THE GRANT TEAM NEVER CHARGES THEIR BUYING CLIENTS A COMMISSION.  THE SELLER PAYS THE COMMISSION AS LONG AS THE PROPERTY IS LISTED ON THE MLS.  WE ALSO TAKE OUR CLIENTS ON TOUR TO VISIT NEW BUILDS & FOR SALE BY OWNER PROPERTIES.
